Industraheat was created in January 1980

Since 1985 the company has operated from offices in Lower Ashtead, Surrey
Idealy located for serving the Home Counties and South East England.

Our work includes a considerable number of maintenance contracts, currently over 2000, which increases steadily each year. With the quality of service we offer we are able to keep all our original customers and continue to build on this volume. The majority of new customers to date have been gained, not from advertising, but from recommendation from existing customers.

The company is a member of the Federation of Small Businesses and also belongs to the Association of Plumbing and Heating Contractors (APHC), a trade organisation with more particular accent on our own industry. It is by belonging to an organisation such as the APHC, which requires a high standard of work from their member companies, that reflects our dedication to providing a quality service for the client.

Industraheat also belongs to the Council for Registered Gas Installers (CORGI), which is a requirement in law to enable any installer to carry out work on any gas equipment or installations.
