Do You work outside of the UK?

  Answer:

No, sorry but it is not economical for us to work outside of the UK.

Question:

We have several sites throughout the UK can you service ALL of them?

  Answer:

We can but we primarily work in the SE of England; It will cost far more for our engineers to travel out of this area.

Question:

We have several sites in Scotland, can you service them?

  Answer:

It depends, normally we are most cost effective in SE England, but if you wish to pay the premium we will travel further.

Do you undertake PPM?

  Answer:

Yes. We can undertake scheduled maintenance and emergency maintenance.

Do you do Project/Installation work?

  Answer:

Yes, we have a great deal of experience of both large and small installation. projects.

Question: Based in the SE, are you very expensive?

  Answer:

No, our location is ideal for easy access throughout the South, and this helps us to keep our costs very competitive.

Question: Are you 'too small' to handle large contracts?

  Answer:

We currently have more than 15 Engineers 'on the road'. We are large enough to cope and small enough to care.

Question: Are you CORGI registered?

  Answer:

We are Corgi Registered (this is a legal requirement
for any company offering 'Gas' Services'). We are also members of the 'Federation of Small Businesses' and members of 'APHC'.

Question: Do you service Domestic Sites?

  Answer:

Yes, we have a great deal of experience of domestic 'gas' work, carried out (mainly) for landlords, housing associations and local councils.

Question: Do you undertake 'Coshh' testing?

  Answer:

No*, we do not undertake 'Coshh' testing, which is best performed by a Specialist.
*We do undertake some performance and safety testing, specific to the gas industry as part of our maintenance service.

What equipment do you manufacture?

  Answer:

None, we are not manufacturers.

Question:

What equipment can you supply?

  Answer:

We can supply many manufacturers' equipment, as part of an installation or maintenance contract. We do not (normally) 'supply only'.

Yes, were happy to do large jobs. We have many years experience of large industrial projects, both with the initial installation/commissioning and with the subsequent maintenance. Please contact us with the details.
